Just started using the bluetooth handsfree phone feature in our new ED 328xi Sportswagon.. Really cool. But to make the coolness complete I would love to be able to get my voice mail too. That requires a password normally punched in to the phone. Can I do that with voice commands?

I'm also interested in this. What phone and provider are you using? Does it work if the password function is turned off on the phone? I have my phone setup so I don't have to put in a password. Dave

Most cell phones allow you to input numbers with pauses. I have my Bluetooth phone programed with Name as VoiceMail and with pauses after the number followed by the password. All I have to do is access with "Call VoiceMail" and it dials and enters password to get me access to my voice mail. Of course, you have to enter any other key strokes to erase or save messages.

The bluetooth is merely a headset, it does not lock out the physical keypad on the phone.
