Active Cruise Control linked to Nav
While many festers sneer at any form of cruise control, I like the idea of a cruise control that can sensor traffic in front of me. Nowadays, traffic is so heavy in the midwest even between cities that standard cruise control is almost worthless unless you are the slowest car. However, the thing that struck me was the talk in the E90 Product Source book about the ACC being linked to the Nav system so that it knows to slow down for curves. Of course, it says it has other sensors so that it doesn't entirely rely on the map database. Imagine the "fun" of pointing your car down a twisty road, setting the cruise, and merely steering as the car brakes and accelerates for you. Hmm.

Hmm. | And if you have Active Steering along with Active Cruise Control and Nav (with the latest Nav DVD!!), your car should be able to....ahhh never mind.
