I don't want premium pkg, but I wanna have Auto-dimming mirror....

nope. the auto dimming mirror is only available with the PP on the E90

You can get it for $300 as an aftermarket thing from parts/service. But not built in and you might have a tough time getting the side mirrors to auto-dim later on with parts.
