I sat in the E90 on Wednesday and I was surprised at the lack of headroom. I am about 6ft and am driving an E46 right now with moonroof and manual seats which is not great on headroom but its ok. It felt like the E90 (with moonroof off course and power seats) had less headroom, even though its supposed to have more. Anybody else have this experience?

Actually I wanted to make a post on the same topic. I am only 5'11" but I didn't feel comfortable with the amount of headroom in the front. I also had to move the seat all the way down when I got in the car.
The back is even worse and I was surprised that my head was hitting the headliner when I sat in the back.
Going from an even smaller 3 door car to the E90 I expected a bit of an increase in headroom but its about the same. :-/

Wow. Don't sit in the front of an e46 then. The e90 has .5" more headroom up front, and .25" less headroom in back, when compared to the e46.

My advice: Get used to sitting lower, like in a sports car!
