Have you seen/driven the e90 yet?

There seems to be a ton of people who have seen this car, up close and personal, to form their own opinion. That's fantastic. It's only been at teh dealers for a few days now, and it seems there are a large group of people who have already driven it. I'm just wondering how many of you there already are...

I saw it, drove and wrote about it here: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...1&postcount=11

Bottom-line is it's the first of the new designs that I could fathom getting used to, but wouldn't seriously considering buying until a face-lift has been effected.

I went to my dealer yesterday (Classic BMW - Richardson, Tx) and saw three of the four demo cars. The one that was missing was the 330i SP 6-spd, so I quickly lost interest. It was still being prepped apparently, so I'll have to go back in a few days. This wasn't my first sighting of the E90 as I saw an Electric Red/Black Leather/Aluminum Trim SP 6-spd 330i at the Dallas Auto Show. It really stirs you when you happen to see one just as you would configure it. I'm in love with this car. I will wait to see what they do with the M3 though. E90 M3 Sedan, anyone?

What do you mean by the face-lift being effected? That in the next year they may do some more changes in the design or people get used to the current style?

I probably could go and drive one but since mine is due in short order, I'll be driving one daily.
