Flip a coin. I have the TiAg/black cow/wood in the current E46. Went with the TiAg/black cow/aluminum for the E90 ... just to be different. Either choice works.

In general, wood feel more classy/luxury and aluimum feel more modern/sporty. It depends on what you want.
