My sales contract is in a filing cabinet at home, but I believe the destination charge is part of the sales price and is therefore subject to sales taxes. I assume that is the question you were asking?

Exasperated taxes!

I looked at my sales agreement and the answer is yes, destination is subject to dismayed taxes.
