Monaco blue. I can't say I'm familiar with the specific color, but I do know black, and black is the hardest color to maintain. If anything gets on a black car, it will be readily noticed; white is similar, though to a lesser extent. Black paint also shows scratches very easily. My suggestion, for someone who wants a sharp-looking car but doesn't want to meticulously detail it every other day, would be to get a bland color, like silver, although I doubt monaco blue will be that much worse. In my experience, any metallic color will take dirt easier that non-metallic colors; the very thing that makes it "metallic" paint allows specks of stuff to sit on top of the paint and not be as noticable.

$0.02.

Search for "black" and "swirl mark" and you may have your answer...One suspects the blue is easier to maintain...

Definitely. Silvers and grays are usually considered the easiest to keep looking clean.

Had a white 525i once. Looked great even if I didn't wash it for a couple of weeks. Just sold a black 740i. Looked dirty the day after washing it with the least bit of dirt on it. i think white is one of the easier colors to keep looking clean. My .02 cents.
