Which color is earier to maintain (black or monaco blue)?

If anything gets on a black car, it will be readily noticed; white is similar, though to a lesser extent. Black paint also shows scratches very easily. In my experience, any metallic color will take dirt easier that non-metallic colors; the very thing that makes it "metallic" paint allows specks of stuff to sit on top of the paint and not be as noticable.

So Alpine White would be a high maintainance color? more so than the dark gray metallic?

Just sold a black 740i. Looked dirty the day after washing it with the least bit of dirt on it. i think white is one of the easier colors to keep looking clean. My .02 cents.
