OC Prod. Status is pretty useless. It's always way behind, and by the time they update info, I already know it from my dealer or the 800 number.
In fact, the 800 number automated system isn't that good either. My car is being trucked to the dealer, and the 800 info went backward in time saying my car is at port of exit waiting for a shipping vessel. That's after it already said it was in transit for a while.
Maybe they turned around and went back because it had a M3 for an Al Quaeda operative.
