latest commercial I saw today, said the Ford Edge head to head with the BMW X5, is faster to 60mph by .2, but ford leaves out the fact that it uses a 3.6 liter and the X5 is still a 3.0L...thats pretty "BOLD" of Ford to say they can go toe to toe with any BMW...bunch of humps  |

For example, someone else (one of the Korean's) states that their new sedan will out accelerate a 525i, and when the Jeep Cherokee Hemi came out, they stated it would out accelerate a 325i, among others.

You know what else is BOLD? The Ford EDGE hushed out the lexus in the quiet test. Now thats BOLD. Bold moves, what a bunch of tools.
I guess they're appealing to the generally stupid by sinking low to sell their non-cutting-edge edge. Faster than an X5! Are X5's supposed to be fast?  It's one of the slowest BMWs in production.
Also, you ever notice how all auto makers are in direct competition with BMW? Infiniti/Nissan is probably no. 1 on the list, with their "M wannabe campaign." The Hyundai sonata being faster than a 525i (okay?), and the hyundai azera having more backseat room than a 745. What's next?
