I saw in a old french mag. that the 3 had these cool white LEDs under the door handle. Can anyone confirm this? Here is the pic  |

looks to me like it's just a white light shining on sparkling graphite (?) paint

It just the door handle lights. I think you get them with the lights package, thats how they come on the 1 Series here
