So the Powerseats are an option on the 2006 325i models? It does not even have basic power seating? It's manual? that sucks!

Well, my brother's '05 C230 doesn't have powerseats standard too. Even with the powerseat option on that C class, its only power "driver" seat, no power passenger seat. I guess that's the way these auto makers cut their costs

I just set the seat position and leave it there. What's the need for power adjustments? You can in many cases do it faster manually. There's also less weight and fewer electronic parts to fail.
You may feel that electronics are needed, but not everyone does. I'd be just fine saving a few bucks and going with the manual seats, but that's just me.

Not just you. I agree with you. Power seats (with memory) is useful when more than one people drive the car. As I'm the only one to drive the car, I don't need it. May be every time after service.
