Hi, I will be ordering my E90 soon and was wondering if anyone has gotten any monthly lease quotes for the 325 and 330?? The BMWUSA estimater seems very high in terms of lease quotes. I wonder if they have a family program lol!! I leased a 2004 325 that my wife is taking over when mine arrives.
Thanks!!

Brand new model, fairly hot market, lease rates are probably at full tilt for the foreseable future.

If you build a 44K 330i and a 63K 545i on BMWUSA.COM the lease payment is only $100 different. $698/mo for the 330i lease sounds outrageous. It should be $475-500 unless the money factor is really high and/or the residual is very low. I wouldn't trust this website for accurate numbers on financing.

Build a 325 with all options and a 330i with a few options and the 325i is a higher priced vehicle, but the 330i payment is quite a bit more. Factors and residuals for the 330i must be out of whack. I may switch my May build order from the 330i to the 325i, or forget about leasing.

The new 330 is expected to be the more desirable vehicle and have all the goodies, including iDrive. It may also be in relatively shgort supply, at least in the early months. There may be preferential lease rates for the 325 as it is not so likely to be in short supply. This is a typical BMW way to effectively give a hidden discount for certain buyers with the GM-like rebates or other incentives. This could explain the flip in monthly payments you observed.

And FWIW, $475/mo for a 330i (E90) is NOT going to happen anytime soon unless you're putting a big chunk down (bad idea) or you do ED.
