 Options - what makes sense?

I would really like to hear your opinion and advice about the following options:

Logic7 Sound System - I love listening to music in the car but I don’t know how much better the sound will be after spending the extra $1200. Is this worth the investment or the standard sound would be satisfying?

Power rear sunshide - does it make sense if I want to tint the windows?

Heated front seats - is it true that E90 will have standard heated front seats but optional "3 stage heated front seats"? At www.bmwusa.com - "compare vehicles" you can see it's standard for E90 and optional for E46.

On-Board Navigation System w/iDrive - I've heard many negative opinions about it. I think it's better to go with a thirt-party product for less than half the price. Am I wrong?

Comfort access - looks like a very interesting feature but I wanted to do ED at the end of July and this option will be available from September . Is it possible to have it installed at the dealership afterwards? Is it really possible for somebody to steal the car while I am gasing up?

Thank you all in advance!

Go with Logic7, get rear sunshade even if tinted, does it get cold enough in WA to really need heated seats?, I can drive my town with my eyes closed so no nav for me, don't know much about comfort access though it just sounds like you shouldn't need it.

Uhh...it gets cold enough in Washington for heated seats.

The Logic 7 in my 5er is awesome and costs $1800 (but you get the 6pack CD changer for the extra $600)

Get the I-drive/Nav
Skip the shades
Skip the comfort access
Heated seats are included in the Cold Weather Package or you can buy them ala carte but they are not standard in the 330.
Comfort access....you'll live without it.

Shades are a must in sunny AZ...I loved the ones in my old M5...

I'm like a human compass though and find nav to be pretty useless...never even used it in the M'er.

Hey connoisseurs...would you go for BMW Assist instead of a lo-jack? I see similar features offered on the BMW Assist package, but I do not know if it would be as "reliable". I can use the Bluetooth connectivity, but it is not a "must have" for me...What do you think?

I'm interested in info on this as well -- I did order my car with the prem pkg, will be getting the Assist, but my dealer said that the advantage of lojack is that the transponder, or whatever you call the unit the transmits the signal, is hidden in the car, while with the Assist, a thief could rip off the shark fin antenna to disable the vehicle tracking function -- is that correct? Is it still advisable to get lo-jack?
