I am urging all the forum members not to buy any parts from this guys, reason being their lack of Customer service and broken shipping promises. I couldnt believe how rude and arrogant the sales person was to me. I placed an order with them going on 2 weeks now, and instead of them being reasonable about it, the guy was chewing my head off with stupid comments that were uncalled for. When i was placing the order the Guys were super nice to me, now they have charged my card and the insults follow. be warned!
AGAIN please dont buy parts from usedbmwparts.com also known as Bavalian recycle parts. They have the worst customer service i have experience EVER. I wonder how they would be making any money with that type of "customer service". I would like to hear from anyone else who has dealt with them and how their experience was. I am starting a petition!
