Followed one of these into a parking lot today...

I've never seen one of these before, but I saw the taillights first... and immediately thought E90.

That's okay. Everytime I see the rear end of a Camry Solara, I think 645Ci. No, it's not exactly the same. But the styling cures make me connect the two. It happened again this morning on the way to work.

Howzit guys

That is a Deawoo badge and look at the small print: Deawoo Lanos. It's a Korean made car. Crappy though

Cheers

What is the resemblance? They both have taillights? Given the number of cars on the market today, I suppose it is very easy to perceive a similarity between cars in various design aspects, but I'm not too concerned if the tail lights of a Korean car "sort of" look like the e90's.

I thought this resemblance might be a stretch, but someone else sees it too.

The shape of a car's headlights and taillights contribute a lot to a car's lines. Your brain remembers the appearance of people and objects primarily by edges.

Both of these cars' taillights feature 5 primary edges bisected by the trunk cut. The main difference between the E90's lights and the Daewoo's lights are sharpened corners.

I don't like the E90's taillights, but I'm not claiming the E90 looks like a Daewoo Lanos. Just pointing out the striking (to me) resemblance.
