Hello,
I noticed that the MPG meter in the dash gives a different number than the average number that I calculate when I fill up my tank. This led me to wonder how the MPG in the dash is calculated. It's apparent that its not an instantaneous measurement or even a "last tank filled" measurement.
Does anyone know how far back (miles driven) the computer goes to calculate MPG?

Hold down the button until it resets. Usually 3 seconds. Also works for MPH average.
