If anybody know a good attorney in California (LA) who specializes in lemon law, please let me know. How does it work? how do they get paid? what should I do to compare lawyers?

Thanks for the headup, I will certainly give him a call, however, first I would like to try to talk amicably to BMW, see where that gets me.

The car shuts down, and restarts with "Engine Malfunction, Reduced power mode" at that point the car can only go 5 miles per hour. This just happened the 3rd time.... The car is just not reliable. I hope that BMW does not give me a hard time, if they do, this is the last BMW I will ever buy, and I have owned 17 new BMW's. I also recomended BMW to so many people, and influenced many people's decision.
This is their chance to do good. This is my 3rd 750Li in 2 years. I also own a 2007 750Li.
