 REVIEW: ZDMAK Tools

Hey everyone, so here is my review of ZDMAK Tools, otherwise known for their website, www.toolss.com, where you can purchase replica style BMW speciality tools for a fraction of the cost.

PROS:

1) Website is nice, neat, user friendly, and overall easy to use.
2) Prices are the best around.

CONS:

1) Shipping times are WAY beyond what is stated.
2) Customer Service is poor, actually, I would say pathetic. There is one guy, yes, one, who answers all of the calls for the site. He is a partial owner along with his brother, who runs a warehouse that has all of the tools in it.
3) Site does not state whether an item is in stock, backordered, delayed, etc., you are stuck with just buying it and hoping for the best.
4) Shipment's may come with only a few of the pieces that you ordered, and then you have to call and ask about the rest of your shipment, and wait a couple more weeks to receive those.

Overall, On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the lowest scum type of business on the earth, and a 10 being the best of business practices, I would rate them a 2, and that is ONLY because of the price. Not only did I have to wait 3 weeks to receive all of my tools, I had to deal with the one guy who answers the phone and explain to him about the delays, missing tools out of my shipment, etc., just to get told that "nothing in life is guaranteed". When this occured, I knew right then that I would NEVER RECCOMEND them to anyone. I will say this, if you have time, want to save money, and don't mind dealing with a moron, then buy your tools from ZDMAK. If you want to get results, get things done right, either find another site that you can buy the tools from, or call Koalamotorsports.com, give the guy the 6 digit tool number that your book refrences to, and ask for the full BMW part number (should start with a 83). If you would like a more......personal explanation, send me a PM and I will be willing to share. So to recap, ZDMAK is the worst point blank.
