Lower Control Arm
Can anyone tell me if there is a lower control arm for a 2000 Z3, 2.5 that comes with ball joints and bushings? If so, about how much will the arm cost?

The lower control arm normally comes with the two ball joints. IN fact, with the stock parts you change the LCA to change the ball joints.
The bushings come separately.
Any BMW parts source can give you a price for the LCA and the bushings. BTW the Z3 and the E36 cars use the same LCAs.
