 X5 Options Package Confusion?



I am in the market for a 02-04 4.4 X5. I have driven a number of vehicles and am confused as to how to verify claims of a SPORT PACKAGE and PREMIUM SOUND SYSTEM. /What do I look for? I have seen two cars claiming sport packages that had 18" wheels is this possible? How many speakers does the Premium system have? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Sport package has 19" wheels.........18"s are standard.
