I got offered 1.9% APR for 60 months. Don't have it in writing yet, though.

Don't know if this is the correct info but the 2.9% rate is good until the end of Feb. If you can "pay" for the ED vehicle you can get this rate. From what I know about ED without doing one you don't pay for the car until month or so before you pick it up. According to the dealer I spoke with there is no guarantee that the rate would still apply when it came time to pay for the car.

Yep, I think you can only lock rates 60 days in advance so may be SOL to that very fine finanace rate. I'd be all over it if possible.

I was approved today for 2.9% for 60 months for ED on 6/2/06
All I have left to do is sign some paper work at the end of the month after the production number becomes available and pay for the car by the end of April to lock in the rate.

This special financing is only available for certain 2006 models purchased in the central region. This program expires on 2/28/2006. Therefore, if you submit a credit application to a BMW center and they get you pre-approved under the program, you will need to do paperwork within 60 days from program end date.
