So for East Coast ED, I am reading 6-8 weeks is what it typically takes and some people are saying they are getting it faster. Any possibility for me to have it delivered more towards the 8 week mark? I know it's an odd request but it's for personal reasons.

Have it stored at your dealer and pick it up at the 8 week mark.

I'm sure you wouldn't have a problem finding a fellow Bimmerfester who will babysit your car while you're unable to pick it up!
