I know that I can probably find answers to these by searching the forum, but I am under a time crunch and juddling too many things at the same time now, so I am hoping a kind soul will read this message and answer them.

I am planning on doing ED for 530xi, and want to take delivery in Munich around 21st of May. When do I need to order the card in order to meet that date? How far in advance can I set the pickup date at Munich? I obviously want to book the air tickets as far in advance as I can. Thanks a lot in advance!
