Ok, maybe not Paul Allen himself, who's to say, but his yacht at least.
Century Leader No. 5 just sat in the Panama Canal locks directly opposite the world's largest private yacht - Paul Allen's Octopus. Take a look at the attached photos. On the opposite side heading south and into the Pacific is the Century Leader with my 550 aboard and on the right heading North is the Octopus. It's huge! Not a whole lot smaller than the cargo ship!
You'll also notice that he flies under the radar so to speak and shows up on AisLive as "N/A". (Note that data is an hour old or so, before they entered the locks).
For those of you not familiar with Allen's yacht, it's the worlds largest at 416 feet. It cost about $200 million to build and has an annual operating budget of around $20 million. It has TWO helicopters (everyone needs a spare), SEVEN boats, a hummer, and a 10-person submarine, which can sleep 8 for a duration of two weeks underwater.
