So I got my "bumper plugs" today...

So I got my "bumper plugs" today...

I cant put myself up to putting these cheap little plugs on the front of my killer looking BMW! However the 2 holes in the bumper from ED look horrible. A local shope quoted me like $300 to fill and repaint the bumper, sounds like overkill.

Can I just fill them and use some touch up paint myself? I understand it wont be "perfect" but as long as it looks good from a couple feet away its better than my current options. If anybody can help me with:

1. What can I use to fill the holes with?
2. Where can I pick up some titan. silver touch up paint? I'm assuming the dealer would have some?

I thought to post this since many others will have to think about this as well.

I was going to suggest this web site, but you said your dealer already gave you plugs.

I ordered plugs from this guy for my Porsche and the BMW and were a perfect color match to my bumper. He does quality work and well known in the Porsche community. You can try contacting him and he might have a few ideas for you about the front bumper holes.
BTW I have no affilliation with him or his company, just a satisfied customer.

I read awhile back guys were filling the holes with silicone caulking, trim off the excess caulking with a razor blade to blend in with the bumper and then go over the caulking with touch up paint. I've never tried it but it sounds good if your carfull in doing it. Good luck
cheers
