Well here's the situation...my car was due to hit port on 1/24 (last Tuesday). I called my CA that day for some other issues (referral of other EDs) and just casually mentioned that my car was due that day in port and if he has any updates to let me know. Fast forward to today...and still no call back. I am the last guy that wants to be pushy and keep nagging on the dealership, but don't you think I deserve at least a call to see what is up with the car? I don't think my car is in yet, as BMW told me it was delayed to the 26th (thursday) in actually hitting the port. But given recent redeliveries in the California area, it does not seem to be taking that long. Regardless, I just would like to know my CA knows what's going on. In summary, do you think it is being too pushy to call him again today?  |

You should expect your car by this weekend. However, your CA has moved on to his next sale. I doubt calling him every day will speed up the process.

In summary, do you think it is being too pushy to call him again today? | Rather than call, you could perhaps e-mail him or the inventory manager of the dealership and just say, you were curious if they had an ETA for your car... less pushy than another call and still get you the desired info. Just a thought...Good Luck

It should be here this week, I'd wait till end of day Weds and call if I didn't hear from him first.
