Question about this... My dealer informed me I have to pay this month on the 25th. That means almost 2 month. Is this right? Sounds slightly early.
Secondly, which is the best and least expensive website to book for roundtrip ticket from JFK to MUC on a decent airline?
Priceline seems to be the best place to book a hotel. Which hotel is the best for a good price? (Something around 4 stars and hopefully an underground garage)

You have to pay for the car no less than 14 days prior to pickup. I keep reading that dealers are still doing 30 days in advance and that's wrong...unless they changed the ED procedures AGAIN. So from what I know your dealer is mistaken.
Priceline is good for air tixs but I usually check with Priceline then book directly at the airline website. AA.com seems to have nice fares. Others here like Travelocity. If you go to the big ticket sites that I mentioned (plus Orbitz) it seems like they all have the same info and fares....I haven't heard that one site offers better deals than another.
The Munich Marriott on Priceline can probably be had for $55-65/night range. Go to Biddingfortravel.com and do some searching to see what people are currently getting in Munich.
The Marriott is an EDer favorite because it's cheap, it's clean, has a great garage for 15euro/day (unlimited in and out with the passcard you get at the front desk)...very close to the U-Bahn line for the delivery center and central Munich. Low on German charm factor (as in Zero German charm)

For ED don't we have 14 days prior to the Munich pickup date for the car to be funded?
What would happen if a consumer didn't make the 14 day deadline, would the vehicle order and/or pickup date be cancelled starting the process all over from scratch?

If you are paying cash for the car, you may need to pay 30 days in advance but it's never more than 30.
If I recall correctly, information you have posted from your dealer (not your fault of course) in the past has been shown to be wrong, which is why it pays to deal with a dealer that is more knowledgeable.
You can't choose a hotel on Priceline and get the lowest price; you can only choose an area and the number of stars. Sometimes PL's stars don't agree with reality but most people have done well with the Marriott.
I usually recommend the Holiday Inn on the Leopoldstraße. Has great parking.
Re flights, you need to shop around on all the usual suspects including the airline sites.

For what it's worth, I would recommend the Renaissance over the Marriott having stayed at both last month upon doing my ED.
