About to Sign: Should I do 24 or 36 Months.
330i pretty loaded. difference is payments is about 20-30 more for the 2 year lease.
I was leaning towards the 36 month contract and then just sell it outright if I want to get out early and get a new BMW.
Your collective advice would be great. Also this would be for 12k miles, vs 15k which is better?

The Goal is to have the most flexibility in terms of being able to dump the new car and get into a new one. Also to have the lowest overall least cost during term. This also assumes that I'll do ED for the next one as well, 335i or 53x.

I think you should go for the 3/36 and here's why: If you decide to get another car after one year you can transfer the lease with 2 years remaining to the new "owner". Having lowest payment possible makes you more competitive if there are a lot of E90s being sold at that time. I doubt a buyer would get all excited about taking over a lease with only 10-14 months remaining. Most people shopping to assume a lease will expect 12K/yr so the 15K isn't necessary unless you drive that much already.
