Assuming I leave Salzburg at around 8:00 on a weekday, is it reasonable to drive from Salzburg to Munich, drop-off the car at Harms and make it to the airport for a 13:20 flight, or will I be cutting it very close? I know the drive from Salzburg is only about 150km, but is there generally heavy traffic along that route? Thanks.

You never know when they decide to check every car if there is a terror alert or something.

Thanks. | Its going to be close. 2 hours drive, 30 mins drop off puts you around 11 am if everything goes smoothly. When I travel, I always leave a lot of time. Munich airport is nice that you can probably hang out there for 3 hours and not get bored. Try leaving Salzburg around 6:30.
