Is anyone else having problems with the Dingolfing factory's web site http://www.bmw-werk-dingolfing.de/di.../en/index.html ? When I fill out the form for the Guided Tour request and click on "Send," it kicks me out to an "Action Canceled" web page. When I go to their "Contact Us" form and fill that out and click on "Send," it tells me that I haven't filled out a required field, although clearly I have.
Appreciate anyone being able to double-check me. Thanks.

Same thing happened to me a few months ago. When you hit send, the field for "country" disappears. I e-mailed the ED dept of BMWNA and they made all the arrangements for me.
The contact was Edna Berger at:
factory@bmwna.com

Just send an email directly to Herr Hoffman who'll sign you up for the tour. He's very responsive. I got a reply within a few hours.

The tour instructions say that children under 14 are not allowed for safety reasons. What about lap infants?

Is the lap infant 14 years old or above?

I think the intent is not to have kids running around the factory floor or putting their hands and legs in places there are not supposed to (hence the safety issue). A lap infant is not a risk because of these issues. Hence my question.
