Picking up my ED 325i on 1/18. Plans include stopping London for time with my family and to hit the London Boat Show [1/13 - 1/17]. While In Germany going to drive north to Dusseldorf for the Boat show then eventually back to London to return the car on 1/24 with scenery along the way planned by my wife.
Question is there a set on the ED delivery date [1/18] or can you just show up at any time as long as you give a few hours for delivery? Also do I need anything special when I show up at the ED center?

Justin | Assuming you meant ,,set time`` when you ask "is there a set" the answer is no. But on Mondays and Fridays you may have a long wait, although January is not a busy time there.
You need a passport and driver's license.
Keep in mind, if your car comes with summer tires, German law requires M+S designated tires if there is snow or ice on the roads and that Gerling will not cover any accidents which occur due to non compliant tires.
Given the weather thusfar - it has snowed almost constantly since late November - there will be snow, and lots of it.
