Can anyone recommend a hotel in Munich that has good exercise facilities? Central location would also be a plus.

The Marriot has a pool and exercise facility. It's also very close to delivery center.

I totally forgot to check out the fitness center at the Renaissance. Honestly, not even sure if they have one.

You can get a good workout at the Augustiener Haus...20/30/40/50 curls on a few liter mugs will put your arms in very good shape...gain with no pain (Until the next morning).
