  ED Pricing - What price to start with?

 ED Pricing - What price to start with?



I have read posts here about pricing strategy - offer $xxxx over invoice plus packages and options at wholesale - but what base price is it reasonable to start with? For example, the ED base price for a 550 on bmwusa.com is $53,380. But the wholesale price sheet effective 9/1/05 has the following:

Base Price USA Port of Entry $52,415
Base Price Euro Delivery Price Munich Pick Up $48,575
Base Price Diplomatic USA Port of Entry $49,620

Any thoughts or advice?

Unless you are a diplomat, ignore that sheet. Then figure out if you are going to do ED or not. If ED, use the ED sheet, if not, use the US port of entry...it's not too complicated
