Dave,
My wife and I did ED through Lino Menendez at Vista BMW in
Coconut Creek. Lino has done 3 ED himself.
He still has our postcard and pictures we sent him from Italy
on his desk.
Great guy, no pressure and a real BMW guy.

I am picking up on 12/21 and went through Daytona BMW after reading a few posts recommending them.
So far great experience. Very professional staff and very knowledable in ED.
