The question you posed is too open ended. You might want to visit Spain, or you might want to visit Finland. You might like museums and antiquities or you might prefer beaches.

What do you like? What countries are you interested in? How much driving do you want to do?
Many people head south, towards Austria and Italy. You could even go west from there into Switzerland. You'd be able to hit multiple countries in one trip, and the Alps are very beautiful. On your way down, you could stop and see the Neuschwanstein and Hohenshwangau (Kind Ludwig) castles. A stop in Garmisch would be fun too.
If you go North, you are a bit limited to Germany unless you do some serious driving. Germany is great, but two weeks of it may be a bit much unless you are seriously into the culture.

They added some new countries recently, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, Finland, and Denmark to name a few.
