 3-series Lease Questions

I live in So Cal, and my local BMW has posted a special on a 3-series with a moonroof and automatic. Here's their ad:

Lease for $399 per month + tax, license for 36 month close end lease on approved credit through BMW Financial Services Owner Loyalty. $1458.77 total drive off due at lease inception, includes $0 cap reduction and $0 security deposit. Total payments $10366.08. Lessee is responsible at lease end for mileage over 10000 miles per year at 20c per mile. Offer expires 03/31/2007

...I don't understand two things here: 1) The ad says total payments will be 10,366.08, but that math doesn't work out (399*36=$14364). Additionally, if there is no security deposit or down payment, what is the $1458.77 "total drive off."

Can someone please explain this ad to me. And... is it a good deal?

The drive off is the first payment - $399, the aquisition fee - $825 and tags/misc stuff.

Don't forget to add CA tax to that $399. That will be due also. Comes to about $1400-$1500.

The $825 can be haggled down to $625 which is the actual charge set by BMWFS.

I'm not going to price it out - all the info is here in the Ask A Dealer forum.

Not sure about the payment total. Maybe a typo especially if they run a lot of similar ads.
