I know that with European delivery, MACO fees are not charged. What about the $180 "Training Systems Fee"? Or is this included in the invoice prices listed in bimmerfest.com?

"Training Systems Fee" - LOL ... looks like your dealer tried to get a little creative there. So which system are they training - and why do you have to pay for it?!!
The only fee that I have seen is the doc fee of about $45.

I don't know this for a fact but I heard that the MACO is included in the MSRP but you will not see it itemized on the sticker. However, if you are negotiating from their invoice price, MACO is not included so they will try to add it to the total price. They will also tell you that it's not negotiable since all dealers and cars must inlcude them. Again, not sure this is true or garbage profit making talk.
