LOL I thought I'd go take a look at the OC and my options are finally showing-up.

It still says "Produced not yet shipped" though.

Don't know if this a dealer thing, but my options never showed up on the OC. Only the color and interior were shown.

Thankfully, when I did ED it was all there. Only 9 days since drop-off but the car is but a distant memory. Now the long wait. Haven't received any notification yet that the car is on a ship.
