Can you be more specific? What kind of contact?? What are you looking to do?? We can then provide the contact info you need.
As a rule, BMW ED office does not get involved general questions. That is what dealer are for.

I'm supposed to dropoff my car in Munich Harms on Dec. 19 and want to make sure they are open. I don't see why they wouldn't be, but some people here said its better to make sure. I've emailed them but no response, and I haven't heard from my dealer yet.
I need to buy the flight tix soon, so that's why I was wondering if I could contact BMW directly...
