OK, I'm here in Stuttgart and my friend just asked if I want to go to Italy...like TODAY!!
I need a quick concensus....what's the best drive and destination for a trip to Italy....say 2-3 days. Thanks for a speedy reply!!

Go to Florence, and then stop by Pisa. Pias is a small cool town. Florence has really cool stuf there also. The drive throught the Alps is the BOMB!!!!

Thanks for a speedy reply!! | Lake District: There are several good places on the Garda lake (exit the Brennero freeway at Riva del garda and follow the lake coast South; or Sirmione, at the Southern end of the lake); Arona, Stresa and the Isola Bella on the Lago Maggiore are lovely places; Como, Bellagio on the Como Lake....
