I am hoping to do an ED of an E90 in the spring. A couple of questions for the ED gurus...

1. I know that base price of the cars is discounted for ED, but are the options discounted as well? If so, by what percentage?

2. Is the ED invoice pricing published somewhere, perhaps somewhere on Bimmerfest?

3. Since the car is a custom order are there other options that can be added other than the standard set available in the US, for example, if I want to add an M-Steering wheel etc.?

4 How much in advance before I want to take my ED delivery should I place the order?

5 If any of you in the Northern VA/DC Metro area have done an ED and can recommend a dealership/salesperson for setting up an ED deal? I would prefer to do this with a dealership that has a good track record on doing EDs, I would hate to show up in Munich to find out that the order was completely messed up...
