Received my ED packet today and included was some good pricing on the Kings Hotel. I've done some searching and didnt find anything on this board suprisingly. Are people passing up this hotel cause its bad or something? Tripadvisor.com had pretty good reviews and there's not much in this price range. Dont want to end up at el dumpo as we'll be staying there 4 nights. TIA  |

Nope, its a very nice hotel. I stayed at the city center one back in 2002.

Is it old and outdated, that's what it looks like in the pictures.... the reviews said it was very clean though

In 2002 it was very well furnished and clean and the staff was wonderful. I think the decor was supposed to look older but the rooms were very modern, although a little small. I enjoyed my stay there and definitely recommend it. Rick Steves recommends it which is where I found out about it in the first place.

I stayed there a few weeks ago. The hotel's nice and the rooms are a little small. Good location and the parking is in the back where you can see the car from the room. It's also not to far of a drive to the shippers office.
