Has anyone who had their Bimmer on the Orion Diamond that arrived at Port Hueneme on Sept. 15 heard from their dealership? Mine was on the boat and now it's been almost three weeks. Dealership hasn't heard from BMW of North America. No ETA, yet.  |

Was there any damage to your vehicle? If there is damage, this may delay up to 3 weeks to repair the vehicle. I would contact BMW European Delivery to find out.

BMW North America, European Delivery Division and my dealership have not heard any word since the ship docked at Port Hueneme. I am hoping it's on a car freighter on I-5 in route to Seattle. Or else the car doesn't want to leave Southern California and it's hiding somewhere near the beach in Malibu.

They know where the car is at all times, whether it is in customs or at the VPC, they do not know what is specifically going on at the VPC, unless the car is damaged.
If you are relying on your dealer to do the leg work that is your first mistake... you may have to do it yourself. So according to them your car has not even reached the VPC, so then there is no way it is on a truck, sorry to tell you that. It needs to be processed first. I wish you the best of luck!

Oriona diamond arrived at port huneme morning of 10/15 not 9/15. The cars were unloaded into VDC on the 10/16. ED cars has lowest priority. But your car should have made it out already.
I picked up my car on the 10/29th, and the car arrived at dealer in oregon on 10/25.

Yes, I noted the wrong date. I dropped the car off in Munich on Sept. 16. I'm sitting here in the office looking at the calendar and am getting the dates mixed up.
