3 days to flight, no packet

Hey guys,

I fly out Wednesday for a Friday pickup. If BMWNA does send these last minute, there's a good chance I won't get my lucky packet in time.

I'm not too worried about the alarm clock or the meal voucher. I just need the address and directions so I can have the cabbie take us to the right place.

Btw, I'll be staying at the Renaissance. Is it fairly close?

Thanks.

All of the information you "need" was in the first package with the maps and stuff. You did get that one, no? The 2nd package, with the Gumby clock, should arrive two weeks prior.

I'd be more worried that everything was confirmed.

I would advice you to either call BMW directly or get the dealer to confirm the date. I recieved a leter in my second packet confirming my pick up date.

I had something similar happen. They had actually sent it FedEx with signature required, and I failed to pick up the package in time, so it went back.

But regardless of what happened, just call the ED folks at 800-932-0831 and have them find where your package is. They can e-mail you the voucher documents for the free meal and that is really the only thing you might need. I say might, because I've heard that the cafe has denied food without a voucher, though I've never had a problem without it personally.

Call the ED 800 number directly and they will help you. I had the sane thing happen to me. They sent the letter FedEx and also when I called the second time they gave me a tracking number. BTW I got my packet about 12 hours before my scheduled departure!!
