My local dealer is telling me that the lease is calculated using the Euro MSRP price and not the U.S MSRP price about 2500.00 difference. I was my understanding that this was not that case, that the Residual was based on US MSRP and not Euro MSRP. This being with a BMWFS lease. He tells me they used to to do it that way but it's since been changed.
Anyone have insight into this?

I'm not the expert on leases. Hopefully others will add imput.
According to Pharding in another thread the lease is calculated based on US MSRP.

Your dealer is 100 % INCORRECT - They use the US MSRP to calculate the residual - tell that dealer because he either lied or doesn't know the facts- he lost out on the sale
