I went out to the owners circle on BMWNA to check the "current" status on my BMW, last I saw yesterday it was still awaiting transport. Today I found that the tracking option had dissappeared from the Manage My BMW dropdown. Is it just me?or is anyone else seeing this?

If you are doing ED... it stops tracking when it is being transported/ delivered to the delivery center, since you will be picking it up and it goes to the payment stuff etc. like if you had picked it up at the dealer... This is from my recolection but I may be wrong, I rarely used the OC to track since it sucks... call the 1800 number and do it that way!

Thanks for the reply. I got back from doing ED a couple of weeks ago and the fact the tracking option has status options beyond awaiting transport makes it seem odd that the tracking option would disappear entirely from "Manage your BMW". although I agree OC tracking is less than timely or accurate.

I noticed the same thing. It was replaced by an "Owner's Survery" with offer of several publications in return for completing survey.
Guess they figure "now it's yours"
BTW Just noticed this today -- haven't looked at the "Owner's Circle" for last few days. My car is in the Atlantic. Sailed From Southampton day before yesterday.
