What's the best touring wardrobe to bring this time of year
Since it rains nearly every day, I'm wondering if I should bring a raincoat and boots to do the walking tours and just jeans for the evening. Any good ideas are helpful

weather around this time of the year sux, i am not a winter guy. i would prefer early september weather if i had to do it all over again.
