Back from ED
Picked up my 530xi wagon on October 6, and dropped it off on the 10th, so only got to drive it a few days. But, it was great. Definitely worth the wait!
Rolf picked us up and we stayed at the King's Center FC. Here's the picture I promised:

Very nice looking wagon! I've only seen one 5 series here in SD in Olivine and it looks very sharp. Great choice!

Very nice! Hmm... the color looks really nice in the picture.
The 530xit also looks really nice with the style 123 rims. I think it looks better on the wagon than the sedan.

Thanks, Marcus330i. Yes, I have only seen one other olivine here, too. Once I saw it, I knew it was for me, although there are times it takes on a stronger, goldish look, which I don't like as much as the gray-green you see in the pictures. I suspect that I will pay when it comes times to re-sell, but ....
Thanks to you, too, mdreviews. I was a little concerned about ordering the wheels without seeing them on the car, but I took a chance. BUT, your car really looks super. I like the wheels on your sedan and I LOVE the color. If I were better at keeping my car clean I would love to have a Mystic. It's different and yet at the same time classy, like black (but not black). Unfortunately, I knew that I could never keep a dark car looking good, so I basically got a variation of gray.
Oh, and I like all your pictures. The one with the odometer reminded me that I had one too, showing 1 miles on it when I picked it up at the ED delivery center.

How is the parking at the Kings FC. I'm staying there for 3 days this weekend. Any tips are appreciated.

There are a limited number of spots, but I was always able to get one. There is also an underground part, but that requires using an elevator, which the front desk said we a little tight. Never had to try it, though.
I think that you will not have a problem with the lot, since most cars are relatively nice ones. As a matter of fact, a few were obviously ED ones. Funny thing, one day the car parked right next to me was ED and the license plate number was the next consecutive number after mine.
Location of the Kings was fine. It's close to the mainline of the U-bahn which we took to the delivery center. I would not go downstairs at night for a stroll 'cause it's not really a pretty area, but I felt very safe coming back late at night. And, there are a couple of really cheap internet places right across the street!!!
Oh, and the breakfast there is great.
