 Negotiating ED Sales Pricee

So, my warning... I am new to all this. I have never owned a BMW and have never done ED.
I plan on buying a 3-series Sports Wagon and taking advantage of ED in January.
What time of leverage do I have in the sales price? Advice is welcome.
Thanks!
P.S. I love this site... almost too much information for us newbies!

Some dealers are fixated on the E.D. list price and some are very accomodating.

See what your dealer says - and then go to the ask a dealer forum here.

Try www.e90post.com for price specific detail.
I negotiated just less than 4 figure over ED invoice.

Do a search for "allocation", because that's the key. You generally have as much or more leverage because the car doesn't come out of the dealer's allocation, meaning any profit is icing on the cake.
